High performance image conversion viewers are designed for viewing, recording and digitization  radiation  emitted  by  ultraviolet  and  infrared sources in the 270…2000 nm  spectral region and are  ideal for wide field applications involving laser  beam  alignment and inspection, optical fibre alignment, telecommunications, photo processing, surveillance and  investigation in botany, biophysics, medicine, forensics  and  art  restoration, examine documents, records, engravings, paintings, infrared microscopy, infrared luminescence (by ultraviolet stimulation), fluorescence.

TYPICAL SPECTRAL SENSITIVITY OF THE RS-M 2000   

Approximately minimum power densities required to view an infrared laser beam from a distance one meter:

3 mW/cm² for a     1,5 µm

50 mW/cm² for a   1,7 µm

180mW/cm² for a  1,8 µm

2 W/cm² for  a     2,0 µm

 

 

 

TYPICAL SPECTRAL SENSITIVITY OF THE UV/IR RS-M                  

Approximately minimum power densities required to view an infrared laser beam from a distance one meter:

300 mW/cm² for a   0.27 µm

10 mW/cm² for a       1,5 µm

100 mW/cm² for a     1,7 µm
