Since energy consumption of building allocates 40 percent of total produced energy by country.According to prior studies and experiences, accurate calculations and control of the thermal and cooling flaxes of the building is one of the important approaches of energy conservation in building industry. Accurate calculations require efficient software’s that conform to 19th principal of national building regulations (conservation of energy consumption)

The aim of this paper is to introduce briefly Tabesh software that has been designed in order to integrate calculations and control mechanical building establishments. Other applications of this software include eliminating of approximate and over design contents(as a result of software calculations), reduction of energy consumption in buildings and expansion of applying novel technology in order to acquire accurate calculations in engineer society. All of these applications support the claim that Tabesh software causes energy conservation in building industry. This software has been registered by informatics supreme council and has been confirmed by organization of optimization of country’s fuel consumption and organization of energy exploitation of Iran (Saba).
Unfortunately various reasons cause maximum of energy wastage in modern buildings. The most important of these reasons is lack of software programs in the area of calculation of thermal and cooling flakes. Therefore we tried to design Tabesh software. This software has been designed at first time in Iran and it is more practical than it’s similar software’s like Carrier and Hap software’s that represent appropriate approaches to energy conservation. This software has a variety of advantages include correct designing of foundational projects, correct choice of foundational equipment from the point of required capacity of designed spaces and correct choice of foundational equipment in order to energy conservation.
Other abilities of this software include:
  • Calculation of thermal and cooling flaxes of project for all time of day and determination of peak hour for each room

Energy saving is one of the most important discussions in all over the world and our country, Iran. There are several ways to grow up random usage electricity and fossil energy that based on the exclamation research and declaration statistics by energy ministration, shows that the high is part used by commercial and domestic parts in Iran, that consume more than 40% of energy. According to the research and experience, one of the most important methods of saving energy in this parts, is controlling and calculating heating and cooling carrier in building that unfortunately based on the several reasons that one of them is lack of the software programs in field of calculate carriers according to standards and Iran’s politics. Although there are software programs (Carrier and Hap), this programs pay less attention to electricity energy rather than fossil energy because these software’s programmers have huge nuclear powerhouse and electricity energy cost cheaper than fossil energy for them. Because of it, they mean saving that if a project uses the electricity energy more than fossil energy they give saving tariff.
